Item Title
C-26 Contract for Audiological services during school year 11-12.
Issue/Rationale
The School District of clay County is required to provide audiological services to eligible ESE students.
The contracted services will include but are not limited to: Child Find activities, three year audiological evaluation, fittings for hearing aids, FM systems and audiological consultations.
These mandatory services are most efficiently provided with a private vendor.
Recommended Action
Approve audiological services contract.
Financial Impact
Cost for services is approximately $47,000.00.
