C-24 Resolutions in Special Education (RISE) contract.
Issue/Rationale
Provide contracted consultant services to assist the ESE Director in meeting all State and Federal Department of Education requirements and legal mandates.
This assistance has historically provided the district with excellent compliance/audit results and fiscal savings.
Recommended Action
Approve contract as submitted.
Financial Impact
This has been funded in the IDEA grant for the previous years, cost not to exceed $14,100.00.
