Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  The additive changes are for smoke barriers in rooms 144, 145, 195, 284, 286, & 339, reframe cafeteria and add support for smoke barrier in room 145, drywall ceiling at bookkeepers closet in room 17, and insulate pvc conduit in plenum in corridor (rooms 144 & 195).  Contractor:  Gary S.
