July 26, 2010 Special Meeting Agenda Item #14 Item Title Settlement Agreement with LeMorris Dexter Issue/Rationale The approval of this item will settle the above referenced lawsuit against the School Board of Clay County, Florida filed in the Circuit Court seeking money damages for injuries received on April 20, 2008.  Mr. Dexter slipped in water which was on the floor at Argyle Elementary School, injuring his knee, back and neck.
