July 28, 2015 - Special Meeting-Public Hearing Agenda Item #9 Item Title Adopt the 2015-16 Basic Discretionary Operating Mill Levy Issue/Rationale In addition to RLE, districts may choose to levy an additional non-voted property tax.  The Legislature establishes the maximum millage that each district may levy. Recommended Action Motion to adopt the basic discretionary operating mill levy of 0.748.   Financial Impact This levy will generate $7,444,665 to Fund 100.
