Guaranteed Maximum Price for Demolition at Charles E. Bennett Elementary Classroom Replacement (Revised)
Issue/Rationale
In accordance with the School Board’s contract with M.M. Parrish Construction Company for Construction Management at Risk services dated May 18, 2006 for Charles E. Bennett Elementary School Classroom Replacement, M. M. Parrish Construction Company is to prepare and present to the School Board the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Demolition Phase I for Charles E. Bennett Elementary School Classroom Replacement.
This project is funded with PECO funds. The project has been value engineered and designed with input from District staff, the Construction Manager and the Architect/Engineering team. Preliminary Plans and Specifications have been approved. A detailed analysis of the costs is attached.
