C-13 Tuition Charge for Adult Education Students

Issue/Rationale
Effective July 1, 2011 the state legislation signed a law requiring a tution fee for Adult Education classes.

Recommended Action

Approve the Tuition Charge for Adult Education students as presented.

Financial Impact
This proposal will not impact district funding. The collection of this tuition will be used for the Clay County Adult Education programs only.
