June 16, 2011 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #17 Item Title C-16 Contract between the School Board of Clay County and Melissa Whitaker, Student Services Aide with Project R.E.A.C.H. pending approval of the Education for Homeless Children and Youth Program Grant Issue/Rationale The SBCC has been the recipient of the Title X Education for Homeless Children & Youth Programs Grant since 2002-2003.  This grant funded Student Services Aide relieves the two certified social workers from district-wide clerical duties and will serve as a contact to schools on data collection of homeless children.
