Florida Statutes and State Board Rules require the School Board to receive and review the Fire Control Inspections.  Local Fire Control authorities are required to inspect Educational Facilities within their Fire Control Districts.  Reports are required to be filed with the School Board and the local site Administrators.  These Inspection Reports were performed by the Clay County Fire Authority having local jurisdiction.
