Florida Statutes 1012.22 and 1012.27 require the district school board and superintendent to adopt a salary schedule to be used as a basis for paying school district employees. 

Agreements with both CCEA and CESPA have been ratified by all parties.  The attached document represents those agreements, along with the Administrative/Management/Supervisory/Confidential Section, Miscellaneous, and Travel to complete the Salary Schedule for 2015-2016.

Approve the 2015-2016 Salary Schedule as presented.

Section I:  Change in Table I - no financial change; Change in Table X which reflects $.05 per hour pay structure increase to confidential employees’ salaries mirrored by CESPA pay structure increase.  

Section II: See Certificated (CCEA) – Financial increase of approximately $1,500,000.00

Section III: See Support (CESPA) – Financial increase of approximately $460,000.00

Section IV, Miscellaneous Salaries:  Minimum wage – status quo from January 1, 2015.

Section V, Travel – no changes.
