Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  Change Orders affect the scope of the project and are required to be School Board approved.  This change order will relocate electrical panels currently on the roof and therefore, reduce the amount of roof penetration.  Contractor:  Weather Engineers, Inc.; Engineer:  KPI Engineering, Inc.           

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $30,790.00.  The substantial completion date is August 5, 2009.  Architect fees will increase by $1847.40 as a result of this Change Order.
