C-42 Appraisal, Survey and Offer for a portion of Montclair Elementary School Property

Issue/Rationale

During the October 16, 2014 School Board Meeting, the Board voted 5 – 0 to approve the consideration of the sale, to a private party, of a portion of the Montclair Elementary School property located at 2398 Moody Rd, Orange Park, Florida, provided there was to be no cost to the School Board.  The two new members of the Board have been briefed on this prior action and have no objections.  Attached are the appraisal, survey and offer for that portion of land.

 



Recommended Action

Accept the appraisal, survey and offer for consideration.



Financial Impact

The appraised value of the parcel is $8,000.
