C-63 (Bolla) Additive Change Order #7 for Shadowlawn Elementary School
Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Once a Change Order is initiated, review/evaluation is undertaken to determine the merit and/or requirement of the Change Order. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.
The additive changes are required to add a traffic signal and intersection changes at C.R. 218, fence the northern property line, and add flushing hydrants on new water main.
Approve the Change Order.
If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $231,487.00. The Substantial Completion date is July 31, 2008. Architect fees will increase by $10,416.92 as a result of this Change Order.
