C-60 Deductive Change Order #1 to Re-Roof Buildings 1 and 2 at Keystone Heights High School

Issue/Rationale

Labor and disposal fee to slice existing membrane and roof over vs. removal and replacement of existing membrane.

Change orders affect the scope of the project and are required to be School Board approved by State Requirement for Educational and Florida Statutes.

Recommended Action

Approve Deductive Change Order #1.

Financial Impact

This deduction from the construction contract in the amount of $8,100.00 will not impact the budget.
