Participate in The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) Program thru Region VII Education Service Center Agreement for the purpose of maximizing the purchasing power for goods and services through cooperative purchasing.

No cost to the district.  It is anticipated there will be a savings due to members undertaking collaborative procurement.
