June 19, 2014 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #27 Item Title C-31 Clay County Public School Agreement with the Schultz Center Issue/Rationale The Schultz Center will support the Clay County School District by providing meeting space, send communications out to council members, emailing notifications of meeting dates, preparing agendas and information packets, printing materials, coordinating video and phone conferencing, attending meetings, recording proceedings, typing meeting minutes and disseminating them to members, providing adminstrative support, and attending subcommittee meetings.  They will also coordinate up to two 1-day regional CTE training workshops.
