June 19, 2014 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #67 Item Title C-25 Interagency Agreement between the School Board of Clay County and the Department of Juvenile Justice regarding Kravitz Law Issue/Rationale Guidelines are established between the Department of Juvenile Justice Probation Circuit 4 and the SBCC to assure protection of victims attending Clay County schools.  Notification takes place at the time of the adjudication, withholding of adjudication, or plea of guilty or nolo contendere for felony offenses. Recommended Action Approve the Interagency Agreement between the School Board of Clay County and the Department of Juvenile Justice regarding Kravitz Law as submitted.
