The contract for the School Board attorney provides that said attorney shall be entitled to attend conferences and seminars associated with his employment. In the past the attorney has had a School Board credit card which was used to pay for those expenses. At this point in time the Superintendent has unilaterally canceled the attorney’s credit card. It would be appropriate for the Board Chair issue a credit card to the School Board attorney for the uses set forth above.
