June 20, 2006 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #50 Item Title C-54 Hold Harmless Agreement with the Diocese of St. Augustine (Revised) Issue/Rationale St. Luke's Catholic Church serves as a Secondary Evacuation site for Tynes Elementary School. The Primary Evacuation site for Tynes Elementary School is Black Pond Baptist Church. Currently, each school in the District is assigned a Primary Evacuation Site and a Secondary Evacuation Site. These sites serve as a secure and safe environment away from the campus during an emergency situation.  Although St. Luke's is more than willing to accommodate our request, they have been instructed by their legal representation to secure a "Hold Harmless Agreement". Recommended Action Approve the Hold Harmless Agreement with the Diocese of St. Augustine as submitted. Financial Impact None Submitted By Thomas L.
