(CBKN) (Revised) Issue/Rationale Clay Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) was awarded the contract to provide supervision of the foster care system, formerly under the Department of Children and Families (DCF), in Clay and Baker County.  This foster care system is titled the Clay and Baker Kids Net, Inc. (CBKN). Recommended Action Approve 2006-2007 Interagency Agreement between the School District of Clay County and Clay and Baker Kids Net, Inc. (CBKN) as submitted.
