June 20, 2006 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #20 Item Title C-23 2006-2007 consultant services agreement between the School District of Clay County and Safe and Civil School for consultant services to implement Foundations (Revised) Issue/Rationale In order to enhance the connections of students to school and enhance learning, it is necessary to improve safety and civility across all school settings by empowering school personnel to help all students behave responsibly and respectfully.  The 2006-2007 school year is the second year for Cohort I comprised of FIE, MBE, KHE, WES, CHE, LSJH, GCSJH, BLC, KHHS, MHS. Recommended Action Approve the 2006-2007 consultant services agreement between the School District of Clay County and Safe and Civil School for consultant services to implement Foundations as submitted.
