At the request of the City of Keystone Heights, this Memorandum of Understanding would allow the District to partner with the City for the resurfacing of Pecan Street in Keystone Heights.  The District would fund the part of Pecan Street that is adjacent to Keystone Heights High School.  Gas tax funds are eligible and would be used to fund the District’s share of the project.  The City of Keystone Heights would contract and administer the project.

Approve the Pecan Street Paving Memorandum of Understanding

The estimated cost to the District is $44,150.70.  Gas tax funds are available in the Educational Facilities Plan.
