The School Board of Clay County, Florida has had the SEDNET Grant for the past nineteen years.  The grant serves Clay, Duval, and Nassau Counties.

SEDNET provides services to emotional/behavioral disabled children and children at risk of serious emotional/behavioral problems.

The grant is funded with state and federal dollars. There is no cost to Clay County Schools and while budgets are not final, the grant will be approximately the same amount as last year ($128,000.00). 

The Florida Department of Education utilizes funds from the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) Part B, IDEA Part B Trust, and General Revenue funds to establish budgets for Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities (SEDNET).
