Fischer, Licensed School Psychologist for psychological services Issue/Rationale To provide timely psychological services on an "as needed" basis.  Additional services are often needed to comply with testing time-lilnes and to compensate for the increase of referrals at new schools and increased student population. Recommended Action Approve the contract between the School Board of Clay County and Lewis H. Fischer, Licensed School Psychologist for psychological services as submitted.
