C-25 Clay Behavioral Health Center contract.
Issue/Rationale
This contract continues counseling services required for severe E/BD students. Services are provided by employees of Clay County Behavioral Health Center, Inc. on school campuses.
Such counseling services are a mandated service provided in a student's Individual Education Plan.
Recommended Action
Continue contracting with Clay Behavioral Health Center, Inc.
Financial Impact
Using a contractor is the most cost efficient way to provide these services. Cost for services is approximately $100,000.00.
