Approve policies for Employee Benefits for 2007-2008
Issue/Rationale
Issue: To continue to provide Plan A Health Insurance, Group Term Life & AD & D, Supplemental Life & Ad & D, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Dental, Vision, Accident and Injury Policy and Plan B coverages (employees with no health insurance) and the continuation of the Web Enrollment Program provided by Unum Provident.
Rationale: The School Board continues to provide fringe benefit insurance coverage for employees.
Recommended Action
Approve the Committee's recommendations for Plan A Health Insurance, Group Term Life & AD & D, Supplemental Life & Ad & D, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Dental, Vision, Accident and Injury Policy and Plan B coverages (employees with no health insurance) and the continuation of the Web Enrollment Program provided by Unum Provident.
