Issue/Rationale
The project was approved by emergency authorization on December14, 2006.
Per State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes Substantial and Final Completion dates are required for audit purposes.. These dates are determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect (Schenkel Schultz) in accordance with project documents. Substantial Completion was achieved on February 8, 2007 with Final Completion on March 7, 2007.
Final construction cost: $111,955.43.

Approve the Substantial and Final Completion for the District Office Roof Repair B-3 as submitted.
