March 15, 2007 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #2 Item Title C-1 Minutes of workshop/special meeting on February 1, 2007; student disciplinary hearings and regular meeting of February 15, 2007; and special meeting of February 26, 2007 Issue/Rationale Florida Statute 1001.42(1) requires the superintendent, as secretary, to keep such minutes and records as are necessary to clearly set forth all actions and proceedings of the school board.  The minutes of each meeting shall be reviewed, corrected if necessary, and approved at the next regular meeting; provided, that this action may be taken at an intervening special meeting if the board desires. Recommended Action Approve the minutes as submitted.
