For BID / RFP to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

 a. Paint Bid #12-MA-304 - Contract Period is March 16, 2012 through March 19, 2015 – Bid established for the purchase and delivery of paint used throughout the county by the Maintenance Department.  Twelve (12) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for download, three (3) bids were received and one (1) no bid.  The vendor awarded is the lowest most qualified responsive bidder meeting specifications. 

b. Managed Broadband Internet Access and Communication Services RFP #12-MI-81 - Contract Period is July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2017 with two (2) one year renewals upon mutual agreement in writing – RFP is established for Managed Internet Connections, Wide Area Network Communications (WAN), Local Telephone Services (POTS) and Private Rate Interface Circuits (PRI). Bid was posted on our web site for download, two bids were received. The vendor awarded is the overall highest scoring most responsive qualified bidder meeting specifications.
