Issue Rationale for RFP to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

1. Web Enrollment and Eligibility Management System RFP #11-BA-106 – RFP established for the purchase of a web enrollment system.   Ten (10) RFPs solicited plus listed on our web site for download, two (2) RFPs received.  The responsive RFPs were evaluated by the committee and vendor awarded was the only vendor meeting our needs.

Award RFP as follows:

1.  Web Enrollment and Eligibility Management System RFP #11-BA-106 - Recommend award to:

·         Tricerion Group, 200 Abbey Court, Alpharetta, GA  30004

1. Web Enrollment and Eligibility Management System RFP #11-BA-106:  Tricerion Group shall provide web enrollment and open enrollment training as state Administration Agreement at the rate of $1.75 PEPM (per employee per month) for benefit eligible employees only, plus an initial one-time setup fee of $2.50 per employee.
