R.I.S.E. contract revision

Issue/Rationale

Resolutions in Special Education (RISE) provides contracted consultant services to assist the ESE Director in meeting all State and Federal Department of Education requirements and legal mandates. The contract has been revised to reflect more accurately the supports provided.

This assistance has historically provided the district with excellent compliance/audit results and fiscal savings.

Recommended Action
Approve contact as submitted.

Financial Impact
Annual investment not to exceed $14,000.00, paid by federal funds.
