SEDNET LSF amendment Feb/2013
Issue/Rationale
The SEDNET Grant serves Clay, Duval, and Nassau Counties. Lutheran Services of Florida will provide funding for parent and professional training, data collection, coordination, etc. for the Family Service Planning Team/Child and Family Staffing Team.
The contract provides extra services to emotional/behavioral disabled children and children at risk of serious emotional/behavioral problems.
Recommended Action
Approve SEDNET LSF amendment Feb/2013.
Financial Impact
Lutheran Services of Florida will provide additional state funds to the SEDNET project. There is no cost to the School District of Clay County.
