C-28 (Bolla) Agreement between School Board and Sheriff’s Office for security services
Issue/Rationale
Request approval to contract for off-duty sheriff’s for security services.
In order to secure off-duty deputy sheriffs it is requested the School Board approve the attached contract with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
It is the intent of the School Board to secure off-duty sheriff’s for school activities for any function that is not part of the normal school day.
Recommended Action
Approve contract to implement an Agreement between the Clay County School Board and the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
Financial Impact
Financial impact to the School Board is estimated to be $39,000.00
