C-33 Middleburg High School Flooring Replacement Contract Award
Issue/Rationale
This project is listed in the 2014/2015 Educational Facilities Plan. The award of a construction project in excess of $25,000.00 requires School Board approval.
The bid opening was held Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. The project had five (5) bidders and all bidders met the bid requirements.
Recommended Action
Award the construction contract to Gary S. Bailey, the low bidder meeting specifications, the base bid in the amount of $86,730.00.
Financial Impact
These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan.
