C-20 Summative 5-Year ESOL Endorsement Plan

Issue/Rationale

The current ESOL Endorsement Plan expires on June 30, 2008. Renewal of the ESOL Endorsement Plan requires school board approval prior to submission to the DOE.

Program revisions include the following:

*Addition of  a reverse crosswalk for reading endorsed teachers

*Addition of a two-part ESOL Practicum component for reading endorsed teachers



Recommended Action
Approval for ESOL endorsement program renewal.
