Updated Educational Impact Fee Technical Report and Resolution to the Board of County Commissioners
Issue/Rationale
At the April 17, 2008 Board meeting, the updated Educational Impact Fee Technical Report was provided and discussed. The School Board built consensus to utilize the Department of Education's cost per student station and the five (5) year credit on revenue for a dwelling unit. The amount of the educational impact fee and approval of a Resolution to the Board of County Commissioners is what remains to be approved by the School Board.
Recommended Action
Discuss the updated Educational Impact Fee Technical Report, develop agreement on educational impact fee amount and authorize submission of the Resolution to the Board of County Commissioners.
