C-33 Agreement between Clay County School Board and Risk Consulting Services, Inc. to perform the Actuarial Study of our Workers' Compensation, Automobile and General Liability Self-Insurance Claims Fund

Issue/Rationale

To determine actuarially sound loss fund reserves for the School Board self-funded insurance programs.

The School Board should continue contracting for actuarial services on an annual basis as a prudent business and financial policy.

Recommended Action
Approve the fee for 2008-2009
