Issue Rationale for renewals as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

Carpentry Construction Bid #08-F-199 was renewed April 17, 2008 for Contract Period May 16, 2008 through April 17, 2009.  Add Russell Construction back as the Second low bidder.  Vendor has signed renewal and completed “Pre-Qualification of Contractors”.   This is his first renewal.    

Extend renewal as follows:

·         Request quotes from:  Gary S. Bailey, Russell Construction, Quality Construction of NE Florida and Thomas May Construction, on all projects estimated to exceed $7,999.99.
