Schematic/Preliminary/Final (Phase I, II & III) Plans and Specifications for Middleburg District Ancillary Facility

Issue/Rationale

Each phase or combination of phases is submitted to the School Board for review and approval. School Board approval is required in order to move to the next phase and/or submit to the Code Enforcement Department for plan review and approval. The plans have received staff review and are complete to Schematic/Preliminary/Final (Phase I, II & III) stage.

Recommended Action
Approve the Plans and Specifications.

Financial Impact

The District’s construction cost estimate is $9,105,090.00.
