C-36 Substantial Completion of Green Cove Springs Junior High School Fire Alarm Replacement

Issue/Rationale

Establish a Substantial Completion date for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes.  The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Engineer (KPI Engineering, Inc.), has reached Substantial Completion in accordance with the project documents on April 1, 2013.



Recommended Action

Approve Substantial Completion
