Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  The additive changes are to provide temporary power to the Fire Alarm system and MDF.

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $2,929.49.  The Substantial Completion date is July 20, 2013 and Final Completion August 4, 2013.  Architect fees will increase by $175.77 as a result of this Change Order.
