Recognize accomplishment through recent legislation regarding Reading and ESOL Endorsements (Chairman Vallencourt)

Issue/Rationale
The School Board will recognize Constance Higginbotham, Connie Hrisko, Sharon Rodatz and Anne Slater for their efforts in promoting legislation that, if passed, could greatly reduce the hardship on teachers required to obtain both the Reading and ESOL Endorsements.
