C-9 Overnight/Out of State Travel

Issue/Rationale

Doug Barrows, Engineering teacher at OPHS, to attend the University of South Carolina June 18-29, 2012, for certification in Engineerin Design and Development, Level 1, for Project Lead the Way (PLTW).

Culinary teachers to attend the ProStart Training in Miami, Florida, June 23-30, 2012.  They need this training in order for their students to become industry certified.



Recommended Action
Approve Overnight/Out of State travel.

Financial Impact
None.  Paid for by Perkins and Industry Certification funds
