C-8 Out of State Travel-National Conference on Innovation in Education-Chicago, Illinois, June 27-29, 2012

Issue/Rationale

The organization sponsoring the event, Developmental Studies Center (DSC) has requested Ms. Kathleen Schoefield speak at a session to discuss the successes that Clay County has had in the implementation of Lesson Study. Clay County is currently receiving support services from DSC to mentor in the implementation of lesson study. They would like for these experiences to be shared.

Recommended Action

Approve travel as presented.

None - all expenses will be paid by DSC
