Item Title
C-21 SEDNET DCF amendment #7 to contract #DH676.
Issue/Rationale
The SEDNET Grant serves Clay, Duval, and Nassau Counties. Department of Children and Families will provide funding for parent and professional training, data collection, coordination, etc. for the Family Service Planning Team (FSPT) and Child and Family Staffing (CFS) Team.
The contract provides extra services to emotional/behavioral disabled children and children at risk of serious emotional/behavioral problems.
Recommended Action
Approve Amendment to DCF contract
Financial Impact
Department of Children and Families will provide additional stare funds to the SEDNET project.
There is no cost to the School District of Clay County.
