The district is negotiating a contract with Focus for a new student information system (SIS).  The attached vendor contract provides pricing and general terms but the Director of Purchasing and School Board Attorney are making revisions and additions for submission to the vendor.  It is the original contract which is being amended, and is in no way the final contract.  The Director of Purchasing needs authorization to contract for purchase when language has been finalized.
