Issue/Rationale
Florida Statute 1012.27 requires the School Board to adopt a salary schedule to be used as a basis for paying school district employees. This item represents two sections of the 2010-2011 Salary Schedule:
Section I, Administrative/Managerial/Supervisory/Confidential
Section III, Support (represents the Agreement ratified by both CESPA and the School Board)
Recommended Action
Approve Section I and Section III of the 2010-2011 Salary Schedule as presented.
Financial Impact
Status quo on the current salary schedule for both groups of employees. No salary increases.
