Item Title
C-11 University of North Florida Memorandum of Understanding - SPRINT Teachers

Issue/Rationale
Legal contracts and agreements with colleges and universities must be approved by the School Board. The 2016-2017 Memorandum of Understanding with the University of North Florida allows continuation of the present SPRINT/EXCEL teaching positions. Approval would allow us to continue this cooperative relationship with UNF which greatly benefits both the School District and the University.

Recommended Action
Approve the 2016-2017 Memorandum of Understanding with UNF as presented.

Financial Impact
Cost to Clay County is one-half of each of the two teachers' salaries and benefits.
