Approval of Consultant Agreement with employee, Elizabeth Scheilz, during non-contract time (July 18, 2016 - July 22, 2016) to facilitate Summer Math Intel Training at a rate which exceeds the standard rate as set forth in the Master Inservice Plan. Increase in rate requested per grant funding.
