Agenda Item #33 Item Title C-34 2009-2010 Casualty Safety, Sanitation and Relocatable Inspection Reports for the School District’s Educational Facilities Issue/Rationale The Clay School District is required by Law and Rule, to conduct a Annual Casualty Safety, Sanitation Inspection Report as well as Annual Relocatable Inspection by persons proficient with applicable Rules and Standards. To ensure compliance with standards set forth in the State Requirements of Educational Facilities these Inspection Reports were performed by in-house qualified personnel and are available for Public Review. Recommended Action Approve the District required 2009-2010 Casualty Safety, Sanitation and Relocatable Inspection Report as submitted. Financial Impact All operation deficiencies identified within the inspections will be corrected by schools. All other deficiencies will be corrected by the Maintenance Department and funded by Part III, Capital Outlay Funds. Submitted By Larry F.
